What is eMana2?
This system is developed to track lecturers and staffs for the purpose of avoiding Missing In Action ( MIA ) problem. For example if KKHS have a ad-hoc meeting, the director can view the system and track who is in and who is out. This can overcome a MIA and all staff will be monitored in the system.

This system is developed to upgrade the manual process into computerized system. Currently, manual recording gives some problems in finding staff movement record.

If the records are not managed carefully and efficiently, it will cause problem to KKHS where data redundancies may occur. To adopt IT in managing this project is an execellent choice.

With this system all staff that want to take a leave, do a field works, going for a courses, do a promotion and overtime can be recorded and tracked.
